Rick still loves Caroline even if he is heart and want to save his marriage. Caroline is still angry at Rick for sleeping with Maya and doesn't know if she wants to save her marriage.
Should Rick has forgiven Caroline
Ridge and Katy have a conversation about the future of their relation.
Katy ask Ridge if he can love her completely. And obviously he can't.
Ridge is the same man, he is not capable of committed to one woman at a time. He did that with Brooke and Taylor and now he is acting the same with Katy.
As for Maya she is sure that Rick loves her but learn from Rick that Rick will be fired from the CEO position if he doesn't reconcile with Caroline.
Caroline comes to Ridge and ask about their relationship but Ridge thinks the two of them should not be together.
I bet that Ridge will go back to Katy and Caroline will go back to Rick. And in a few weeks they will realize that they love each other.
